Captain Fred Kucik has fished out of Henderson Harbor for most of his life. He has a great love for Lake Ontario and the many different types of fish you can catch while enjoying its pristine waters and scenery.
Fishing is a passion for Captain Fred and he’ll tell you it’s not just a job for him. Getting to see the shared excitement of catching a fish is an experience that he believes everyone should have.

The smallmouth bass fishing is one of the most exciting experiences you can have while on Shady Lady. It’s second to none.
Best Trophy Fish?
The Walleye. It has to be up there as a contender for the best trophy fish in the Northeast. Although, the salmon and trout can make your jaw drop every time you catch one.
